Wounded Warrior Show at Rockbox 4:30 Saturday, Nov 7th
On Saturday, Nov 7, 2009, the Fredericksburg Salutes Our Wounded Warriors non-profit organization (FSOWW) joins with the Fredericksburg Morning Rotary Club, the Nimitz Museum, Rockbox Theater, and a number of local restaurants to host wounded service personnel and their families for a day of rest and relaxation in the Hill Country.
The honorees will be bussed to Fredericksburg from Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio and Ft. Hood in Killeen for a day of shopping, dining, and a 4:30 show at Rockbox Theater.
Arriving by bus mid-morning, the servicemen and women and their families are greeted upon arrival at the MarketPlatz in Fredericksburg by a crowd of patriotic supporters. Please join us to welcome the group at the MarketPlatz. Following lunch and shopping along Main Street, the group will attend the 4:30 Saturday matinee at Rockbox Theater.

On December 7th, Rockbox Theater will perform a patriotic medley as part of The Grand Opening Celebration and Ribbon Cutting for the newly-expanded George H.W. Bush Gallery at the National Museum of the Pacific War, located in Fredericksburg.President George H.W. Bush and the Commandant of the Marine Corps, General James T.
