June’s First Friday Art Walk Fredericksburg brings another fabulous opportunity to witness “art in action” with Artisans’ own clay artists. Join us for this wonderfully fun annual event and watch art come to life through hand-building, glazing, throwing (wheel work), carving, precious metal clay jewelry and more. Wines by Becker and Grape Creek Vineyards will be served along with cheeses from the Amish Market. Friday’s extremely talented demonstrators on June 4th include Jeni & Al Hoeksema of Spring Branch, Sherri Jo Adams of Boerne, Janet Csanyi of Comfort and Anna Elrod of Austin. Friday’s demonstrations are scheduled from noon until 8:00 pm.

Come back on Saturday, June 5th from noon until 5:30 pm, and enjoy the fine work of Melinda Collins of Kerrville, Susan Ehlers of Ingram, Richard Hess of Austin, Janet Csanyi of Comfort and Mary Ann Nailos of Cedar Park. Enjoy the casual setting of the gallery and the lush courtyard while learning the techniques used in creating this very popular medium. New work by each artist will be available for purchase and adding to your collection.
