You are invited to join us for a special Wine Tasting Dinner at The Terrace Grill featuring wines from Simi Winery in Sonoma County. This will be a five course dinner with each wine carefully selected by the vintner to enhance the combined flavors of the food and wine. Susan Lueker, Director of Winemaking at Simi Winery, will be here to entertain us by telling us about each of the wines. Should you discover a wine you especially love, it will be available for you to purchase by the glass, bottle or case.

Easter Dinner at The Terrace Grill. Yeah! Spring is “springing” and we are having Easter Dinner at The Terrace Grill this year. We’re excited because we think the weather will be lovely by then and we’ll be able to have the “roll-ups” up and be dining al fresco. Of course, if it isn't beautiful, we'll leave the roll-ups down and dinner will be lovely anyway. What a great way to celebrate Easter with loved ones, or alone, for that matter. Dinner will be a “modified buffet" which means starters/salads at a station, main course will be served to you at your table and desserts will be at a station for you to choose from. Singing Water Vineyards 2008 Texas Reserve will be released in April 2010 We are out of one of our most popular wines, the Singing Water Vineyards 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, but we have GOOD NEWS! The Singing Water Vineyards 2008 Texas Reserve wine will be released in April 2010. It is a blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2008 growing season was very hot and dry which caused greater intensity of the dark berry fruit flavors. This wine has all the characteristics of a fine wine that will age well for several years, and The Terrace Grill will be among the first to serve it for your dining pleasure.
