First Course
Coconut Shrimp
Sweet coconut and panko breaded large shrimp pan fried
Served topped with ginger preserves

Shredded cabbage, carrots, sprouts, coriander, and chicken stuffed egg roll
Served with a sweet n sour apricot dipping sauce
Second Course
Both accompanied with crispy fried noodles
Egg Drop Soup
A traditional chicken broth and egg based soup

Tamarind Beef
Sesame oil marinated beef tenderloin
